Three police units were honored with the 2024 Golden Badges for outstanding work in combating content piracy. The awards, presented by the Anti-Piracy Coalition, were handed out at Police Headquarters in Warsaw by representatives of the Police, the Ministry of Culture, and the Stowarzyszenie Sygnał.
The awards recognize effective actions against TV content violations and highlight the growing role of regional police units in fighting digital piracy.
The Golden Badges have been awarded annually since 1998 by the Anti-Piracy Coalition, which includes ZPAV, Stowarzyszenie Sygnał, and BSA – The Software Alliance.
