Introducing a mechanism for quickly blocking sports broadcasts on pirate websites in Poland is a necessity. Poland cannot afford to fall behind, as the current situation generates millions in losses for the creative market and the sports industry.

Unfortunately, nothing will bring us the desired effect until we change local laws. Pirate websites take advantage of the liability exemption provided in Polish regulations – they remove illegal content if they receive a notice of infringement. Our problem is that there is no obligation placed on the administrator to monitor in any way whether the same content reappears on the site.
