At the invitation of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Szczecin, those representing Sygnal, Zbigniew Taras and Paweł Watkowski, participated in the next, fourth edition of the Forensic Science Workshop dedicated to prosecutors and assessors of the prosecutor’s offices of the Szczecin District, organised on 24-26 October in Pogorzelica. The topic of the workshop – “Cybercrime – contemporary challenges of Law Enforcement Agencies”.
As part of the workshop programme, they gave a lecture on the topic of ‘TV signal theft and illegal content distribution on the internet’, during which they talked about, among other things, the ways in which sharing and internet streaming crimes are committed and methods of disclosure, the extent of data held to identify perpetrators and the role of victims.
