The General Meeting of Members of the Sygnal Association will be held on March 20, 2024.
The agenda provides for:
1. Opening of the General Meeting of Members and Election of the Chairman of the General Meeting;
2. Ascertaining that the General Meeting of Members has been duly convened, is capable of adopting resolutions, and adopting the agenda. Election of the scrutiny committee;
3. Report on the activities of the Signal Association for the year 2023;
4. Financial report on the activities of the Signal Association for 2023;
5. The Report of the Audit Committee for 2023;
6. Report of the Peer Court for 2023;
7. Adoption of a resolution on the adoption of the report on the activities of the Signal Association for 2023;
8. Adoption of a resolution on the adoption of the financial report of the Signal Association for 2023;
9. Adoption of a resolution on the report of the Audit Committee for 2023;
10. Adoption of a resolution on the report of the Peer Court for the year 2023;
11. Adoption of a resolution on the discharge of the Board of Directors for 2023;
12. Election of the President of the Board of Directors for 2024-2027;
13. Election of Board Members 2024-2027;
14. Election of Members of the Audit Committee for 2024-2027;
15. Election of Members of the Peer Court for 2024-2027;
16. free motions;
17. Closing of the General Meeting of Members.
